You may request cancellation of an order before project work has commenced by contacting Teknoffice Technologies Inc. at +1 (437) 435-1249 or info@teknoffice.com. If no design work, development, or deliverables have been started, a full refund may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Once initial concepts, drafts, or project milestones have been delivered, cancellation may be subject to partial charges based on work completed. For ongoing subscription services (such as SEO or social media management), cancellation requires written notice; fees for the current billing period are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your package agreement.
Teknoffice Technologies Inc. reserves the right to cancel orders that violate our Terms & Conditions, remain inactive for more than 45 days without client response, or cannot be fulfilled due to incomplete or inaccurate project briefs.
